HORRIBLE! Well I am giving a 2 star because of the food. But the service was incredibly HORRIBLE they have me waiting for more than 10 minutes in the drivethrue to take my order. I had a coupon and when I ask a question the girl was rude and disrespectful she told me she didn't need the job and the reason she was doing it was to feed me. What??? I am freaking paying for this, the manager stood there and said nothing. I felt bad when I screamed at her but that comment made me mad. I burger king employee threatening bad because I had a coupon. If you don't want to work there don't do it, it is not fair for others
I had ordered a Texas Double Whopper, no tomato. When I got home and got ready to eat, noticed my burger had two tomatoes, the patty was completely shredded, and the ingredients look like they were just thrown. When I went back to correct my order, they gave me a regular Whopper, not what I had ordered. I threw both Burgers away, I was not going to get back in line. I called the number provided on the receipt multiple times, and they hung up on me four times. This is completely unacceptable.
Great prices. Awesome manager. When I ask for a sauce the manager just gave it to me. He did not charge me. He said it's free. That when I order chicken nuggets the sauce is free. I always pay at the other Burger King. What rip off.
The burger was served cold with unmelted cheese. I ordered a Coke to drink, and even though it was confirmed as a Regular Coke, I was served a Dr. Pepper instead. Very disappointed with the experience, felt like a waste of $10.

Very dirty dining area. Flies flying everywhere. Never have what's in the menu. Excuse is always running out of that item. Very unprofessional staf . Starting from management.
I live burger king my favorite burgers but sometimes they don't get the orders right and never answer the phone when i call thwy must kniw im calling to complain
This restaurant provides exactly what you would expect: employees who are paid minimum wage and put in minimal effort in their service.
Manager literally told me "it 's not my job to knowc when I asked what the extra charge was. He didn 't even try. Horrible service.

Fries were not completely cooked, no shakes, no lemonade, no fruit stamp of any kind. The burger was nothing to write home.
