This has to be our worst experience of a burger king ever ! We ended up here after the fish and chip shop was so slow and we had a cinema show to get to. Speed wise not fast but ok, though a bit annoying watching all the Deliveroo orders taking priority. The food itself was passable but not that great comparable to other ones However, when we sat to eat rather than brave all the hungry and fast seagulls we wish we had taken our chances! I ordered 2 meals through deliveroo, the meal arrived cold the fries were missing from both meals. I called burgerking Newquay the lady didn't want to help at all despite them being responsible for packing the meal in the first place said I had to get a refund off deliveroo. I didn't want a refund, i wanted my fries! She said she couldn't help i had to go through deliveroo. I simply was trying to point out that they had packed it incorrectly not the delivery company. The wait time for a basic menu item was unacceptable. When it finally arrived, it was cold and missing ingredients. It was disappointing to learn that they don't offer ice cream or milkshakes, especially considering their location by the sea. Although you can find these items elsewhere, I was hoping to enjoy them together with my meal. The service seemed lacking, as I didn't see the staff even use the salt shaker during the 25-minute wait for my double burger and fries. The chips were cold, bland, and unappetizing, while the burger was lukewarm and missing onions. It was clear that the staff did not put much care into their work. Burger King in Newquay is supposed to open at 10 am on a Saturday, but unfortunately, that was not the case during my visit. I arrived at 10:20 hoping to grab a burger and coffee before catching my train, but to my disappointment, the restaurant was still closed. The manager seemed more interested in sniffing food in the back than opening the door for customers. After a lot of waiting and confusion, it became clear that the staff were not on top of things and I decided to leave empty-handed. Overall, I would not recommend visiting this Burger King if you are in a rush or expecting quick service.

We always go to a burger king when we are out and whilst in Newquay we grabbed a take away for the Family. I can honestly say it was that disgusting! to the point we had to chuck it in the bin it was so greesey' sloppy and cold and the drinks macine only had a choice of two Drinks...Also whilst we was in there my wife took my two young children to the toilet and when she came out she told me how disgusting they were and the smell was awful as they hadn't been cleand for day's .....So i think from know on if we fancy a cheeky take away we will have to start going to Mc Donalds
I went to the restaurant to take advantage of the offers on the BK app and I was not disappointed. The service from the young lady who served me and others while I waited was exceptional - very polite and professional. The food was amazing for "fast food". I ordered 2 Chicken Royale meals with fries and a drink for less than ten pounds. It was great.
Bit confused how I paid nearly £8 for a very average burger (just the burger), from an establishment that hasn't been able to repair it's front door in a year. Also, the topic of conversation behind the counter was loud and seriously inappropriate.
The young lad making the Burgers was utterly clueless ..The waiting time was unacceptable , The food was overpriced for what you get. On the plus side, friendly service.

Staff laughing, messing about behind the counter and inappropriate language used. Toilets were filthy. Cold food the chips were the only item hot Give it a miss
The food is excellent! Everything is hot when it's delivered! I would recommend it to anyone looking for delicious food.
