"Not sure why they have went cashless and it's card payment only. My daughter wanted to buy her sister a treat with her birthday money. I get during COVID but if the restaurant is open normally again then surely payment via cash should be excepted."

Absolutely shocking and appalling service I went to Burger King in Linwood this evening with my partner and kids Upon entering Burger King all the tables were disgusting and had to be cleaned by myself I then proceeded to order myself and my families order but when going to the counter there was no system or process with confusion who was still to order/who had already ordered After a lengthy wait as staff didn’t know who had ordered already either I placed my food order and proceeded to wait at the counter After a wait and watching staff clearly not have a clue who’s order was who’s or who’s order they were still waiting on I was asked on separate occasions what my order was to be told they had shouted but I hadn’t came up for it which I had to explain I hadn’t left the counter and this was a lie Finally after receiving my order after in a so called “fast food” restaurant, the food was not great and didn’t taste fresh but like it had been microwaved (this infact happened to another customer who witnessed his food being microwaved) My juice was not great and informed staff the gas needed changing which never happened either Not an apology or offer of kind gesture given Just an overall horrendous experience and such lack of customer service No wonder people go to McDonald’s.

Placed an order on the app... went in to collect. The girl at the cashdesk advised there was no cheese bites left and asked if I wanted to swap it for something else. I asked if I could just have my money back for those and have the rest of my order. She went away and got a manager... who advised me she couldn't issue a refund as instore has nothing to do with the app. I asked her how I ask for a refund on the app... don't know I have never seen it done I managed to contact customer services on the app and got help. Couldn't fault the advisor on the app.

Visited today with the kids and although the place was very quiet it took attempts to get our order right.Seems they are too focussed on getting the take aways sorted before people who are dining in. I used to enjoy Burger King but zero customer care( not even an apology) and just felt really chaotic and not a nice experience at all.The gas in the soft drinks needed changed as we where all drinking soda basically and had to get these changed too.Basic manners missing and will not be returning One very disappointed ex customer. I will never use Burger King again, My delivery arrived cold with missing drinks. I ordered large Bacon double cheeseburger meals and they certainly weren't large as half the chips seemed to be missing too. I tried to phone to complain and despite a good many attempts no one bothered to even pick up the phone. In my opinion a very badly run restaurant, I would advise anyone wanting a burger to go elsewhere.
