Absolutely shocking and appalling service I went to Burger King in Linwood this evening with my partner and kids Upon entering Burger King all the tables were disgusting and had to be cleaned by myself I then proceeded to order myself and my families order but when going to the counter there was no system or process with confusion who was still to order/who had already ordered After a lengthy wait as staff didn’t know who had ordered already either I placed my food order and proceeded to wait at the counter After a wait and watching staff clearly not have a clue who’s order was who’s or who’s order they were still waiting on I was asked on separate occasions what my order was to be told they had shouted but I hadn’t came up for it which I had to explain I hadn’t left the counter and this was a lie Finally after receiving my order after in a so called “fast food” restaurant, the food was not great and didn’t taste fresh but like it had been microwaved (this infact happened to another customer who witnessed his food being microwaved) My juice was not great and informed staff the gas needed changing which never happened either Not an apology or offer of kind gesture given Just an overall horrendous experience and such lack of customer service No wonder people go to McDonald’s.
