As always, I like to give fast food services a little leeway when leaving reviews, but I 've been going to this BK for years now it doesn 't improve. The customer service is practically non existent there 's no effort whatsoever at greeting, manners, please thank you etc. If course nobody goes to BK for silver service, but I went 9.30 at night, 2 cars in the drive through not a soul in the restaurant. Both counter staff were busy putting orders together, there was no I 'll be with you in just a moment or evening, bear with us I waited for some time with the contemplation of just walking out. number review sick of being the first. Mines negative like yours, enjoy! my girlfriend waited at the Burger King counter over minutes to get served. The assistant knew about the order but was serving everyone around her?. My girlfriend has patience like an an angel. I ended up getting up off the chair and said what on earth is going on? This restaurant is a great find with a clean and organized dining area and the best burgers around. It's never too busy, but there are always people dining with their family and friends. They have wheelchair access and parking available. You can dine in or get delivery. The drive-thru is convenient and the staff are friendly. There is limited free parking for McDonald's customers for one hour.
This is a great restaurant with a large parking lot near the casino. Burger King offers a variety of burgers for dine-in or takeout. The drive-thru can get busy, but there is wheelchair accessible parking and entrance. The staff is friendly and accommodating to customers. It's a fantastic place to enjoy a meal with loved ones, and I highly recommend it for a relaxing dining experience.

This restaurant urgently needs a renovation. The booth seats are torn and uncomfortable, as shown in my photo. The staff, while friendly, seemed disinterested. We stopped in for a quick bite before bingo on a Sunday afternoon and left feeling disappointed. The food was lukewarm and my Bacon Double Cheeseburger was dry. I doubt I will return to this restaurant.
I totally prefer burger king to MC Donald's who mostly get your orders wrong or miss stuff out. Theses burgers are bigger and taste like real beef and the fries are a lot nicer to. Only downside is they don't have great offers, they don't have they close early. It is like this company dose not want to be number one, which I believe they could easily be.
whopper meal should have read small or mini meal or childrens portion ask for whooper meal not bacon dbl chsburger very few fries.Chicken royale any thing but royale,limp lettuce very few fries only thing that was right was the drink and that was serve your self.Did not realise this until we had left car park
Foods great and it's rarely busy. Service can be a little slow. Updated review. The service is really slow. It's almost like they're not expecting to have to serve food. Another update, gave up after waiting for ten minutes for someone to take my order. Last visit here for me.

Usually there is something they don't have in stock. This last particular visit had no milkshakes, no lattes, no chicken. January We decided to cancel the part order and carried on through the drive through. Wont be back. Waste of time.
best service we’ve ever had at burger king quicker and better tasting than normal and even had leaflets in the bag the man at the window was called gavin and said he’s the new manager can tell he’s making a good difference already
