I have been a devoted Burger King customer for more than 25 years, but over the last ten years, I've seen a lot of inconsistency. On my recent visit, the food was poorly made. Part of the burger and the bun were broken, and I’m not sure why. Also, the toppings were wrong—some parts had too much ketchup and mustard, while one bun had no toppings at all.

I occasionally crave a Whopper and have to drop by, but that’s also when I remember why I don’t visit more often. Sometimes I encounter a rude employee or experience a long wait for my food. Considering I usually order just one Whopper, waiting 15 to 20 minutes feels excessive.
