I placed a late order at the drive-thru, requesting fresh food and understood the wait. I stayed in the parking lot and noticed everything was fresh except the burger. I returned to the drive-thru, where the manager handed me my money without any respect after taking back my food and even refused to offer me a free drink for the inconvenience. Two weeks later, the same issue happened, and when I came back to the drive-thru, the same manager closed the window on me. The front door was locked, and when he saw me, he turned off the open sign and started cursing at me. I had to leave the food at the front door. A few days later, I spoke with the day manager who tried to help me get a refund, but...
I spent $17 on a medium Double Whopper meal, and to be honest, it wasn't worth it. For that price, you can get much better food at other places. There's nothing wrong with the restaurant or the staff; it's just that the quality of the meal doesn’t justify the high price.
I bought a meal, but it was incomplete—it was missing the soda. I also ordered two medium fries and a large soda separately, and the fries were poorly cooked. The service was very bad. I promise I will never order food from Burger King again.
Food was cold, they forgot our drink and when we immediately went inside to get it the staff argued with us saying they gave it to us when they didn’t. Very rude service for food that wasn’t even worth it. Definitely not coming back.

A great choice for a quick bite. The food was fresh, the fries were crispy, and the drink was refreshingly cold. The service was also friendly.
Same service as other BKs but no free refills? We regularly go inside other BKs and we get free refills. Terrible services.
