I recently enjoyed a fantastic takeaway dinner, and I have to say, it was an excellent experience all around. The food was outstanding, and I would rate it a perfect five stars. The cheeseburger I ordered was particularly delicious—juicy and full of flavor. The service was equally impressive, earning another five stars. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the ordering process seamless. As for the atmosphere, even though I took my meal to go, the restaurant itself had a great vibe—clean, inviting, and clearly well cared for. If you're looking for tasty food at a reasonable price, I highly recommend trying the cheeseburger here!

I waited seven minutes at the drive-thru before an unfriendly woman took my order. She was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. When I asked for her name, the corporate office number, and whether I could speak to her manager, she refused to provide any of that information. This was my first visit to this location, and I won’t be coming back; the customer service was horrendous! Her attitude was clearly reflected in her demeanor, which was quite unpleasant.
I ordered two of the melt meals that are advertised on the menu for $8.49 each, but they charged me $9.19 each plus tax. When I asked why the price was different, no one had an answer. To make matters worse, they couldn’t print me a receipt after I paid in cash. Then, I had to pull up and wait for my food to be ready. It feels like Burger King is taking advantage of customers, or maybe the employees are adding extra charges to the bill.
Every order we received was cold, and the Bacon King sandwich was topped with tiny, burnt pieces of bacon that resembled leftover scraps. Although the bacon itself was acceptable, everything else was served cold. The fries were not only cold but also undercooked. If you aren’t satisfied with your job and are unable to deliver quality service, perhaps it’s time to make way for someone who can. Réservez une table maintenant
The big frit for $3 was a better deal than what I found at Fritten. The Jalapeño Cheddar bites had no cheese inside due to improper cooking. The young woman serving seemed disinterested and didn’t even offer a receipt or thank me for my business. I won’t waste her time next time. The double bacon was the only part of the meal that I actually enjoyed.
I waited for 10 minutes outside the restaurant before a staff member asked me to come in because they were experiencing some shift issues. Once I was inside, the staff started taking orders, but unfortunately, my order was made incorrectly. I tried calling 22 times, but there was no answer.
I ordered a 16-piece chicken nugget meal, but the nuggets were burned, and they forgot to include the ranch and sweet and sour sauces I requested. The double cheeseburgers came with sweet pickles, and despite my request for one without mustard, it still had mustard on it.
This is the worst Burger King I've visited across the U.S. The problem is definitely with the staff—they're not good at all. Honestly, I'd rather see the place go up in flames and just cash in on the insurance. No fast food in that area is worth the hassle. Réservez une table maintenant
