Bad customer service. This young lady helping in the drive through misunderstood what I said and charged me a lot more. I got out of the car and went inside. Expecting the employees to be polite, I explained my situation to an older lady idk if she was the manager or not. But as soon as I told her, she got really mad at me and even made me get the food out of my car, just to throw it away. Like really???Wasted my time. But it's okay I forgive her. Just not going back
I was really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The fries were cold and stale, and the onion rings were also served cold. The cheese on my Texas Whopper didn't taste good at all. To top it off, it took 30 minutes for my order to be ready. I definitely won't be returning to this location!
Wow! What a great experience at a fast food restaurant drive through… I could actually hear what the person talking my order was saying and when I picked ur the burger that I ordered it was actually hot?…. I’m going to stop here more often. Thanks for the great experience..
I had a nice experience at the drive-thru, even though it was close to closing time. The staff member was kind enough to let my daughter and me place our order. While the bun on the Whopper was a bit dry, the rest of the food was good and well-prepared overall. Réservez une table maintenant
Ordered from the app went to pick up my food and have the employees telling me oh someone already picked up your order needless to say I’m angry because I spent 30 dollars on that order and didn’t even get a sorry or anything like how is that my fault?
Got our order wrong and didn't even care. The person who I assume was the manager on duty came to the window and was rude and not helpful at all. Do not recommend this location just drive to the one in warrenville.
Order from Uber's eats today and never received my large diet and my kids juice box. Tried calling and no one picked up.order number 2A614.
