So disappointed. I went out of my way to get a flame-broiled plant-based burger only to be highly disappointed. After waiting in line for over 10 minutes [as the only car behind the only other drive-through patron], I received an Impossible Whopper that in a greasy half-wrapped wrapper. Upon opening the burger, I discovered a dishevel burger in a half torn bun. It honestly looked like it had been dropped or quickly reassembled. My small fries was also cold enough for an infant to eat. I tried calling the store, but at 10:45pm, I knew it was a long shot. There was no way I was going back up there, so I prayed over it and at it slowly. Lol But to this franchise owner, please consult the night...
This location is a joke. Can never get orders right, horrible customer service. The guy manager in their with the gold teeth gave me several fake name after i asked for his name, the female manager with the dark hair didn’t care about anything i was talking about. Every customer that orders must pull to the front of the window so they look like they are pushing orders out although you may wait up to 20 minutes for your food. Save your time and money, go to a different location. This one will be shut down eventually. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I've given this place more then enough chances and every time the food is awful and keeps getting worse! I went through the drive through there was nobody in the drive through nor anybody inside and still waited until somebody spoke to me through the drive through at least eight minutes Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Went there to give me something to eat after work literally everything they gave me was cold. The fries was cold and old. The mozzarella sticks were cold.
