This happened at 6:55 pm Friday October 1, 2021. I ordered at the drive thru window a combo and when I went to pay I handed in a cupon for discount which the boy Gerald at the window didnt apply to the price, so I went inside the restaurant and I spoke to the shift manager Cheryl , I explained the situation , so she talked to the kid and he denied the acusation, I told them to look at the cameras , but refused to do that, so they made me feel as if I were to be lying, the discount was a minor amount, the problem here is thieir honesty, they could have said they made a mistake and fix it, I would not do businessthere anymore.
I dont know whether it was the sauce or the cheese or the burger or the bacon itself but it gave off a really weird aftertaste, as a chef this has turned me off of eating here. after having them consistently mess up. granted I know mistakes happen but if it is consistent you need to start look9ng at the practices they are being taught here. the drinks and poutine are fine but not the burgers.
I have food allergies and I am a picky eater so I am used to my order not straight and then. I have to be my things easy. meat, bee, speck. bun. So if I don't know my chicken plaster, I'll go back and let them know. they were all very polite, have a new burger. have all the way back to the house to find this is also very not easy.
These guys turn off their Milkshake machine probably 2 hours before closing time, its my 3rd visit here and they have told me they are not serving shakes at the moment. And the excuse given to me was there was nobody working after my shift and i have to clean the machine. Like seriously 3rd time in a row that has happend

I was disappointed that they forgot to give me any cutlery or napkins. The Original Chicken Sandwich was messy because it was covered in mayo, but it was still delicious. The poutine was very tasty. However, I was let down when I found that the shake was melted.
The restaurant often gets orders wrong and doesn't always send the correct items, but despite this, I still continue to order from them because their prices are low. In my opinion, it's probably worth the price.
eating is more sensible than mcds and wendys, but they have to repair the loudspeaker. the personal cannot hear what we say, and they need to repeat themselves again and again. the loudspeaker has rattled.
Little pricey for the quality and quantity on the Vanilla Shake, but it tasted good. Just not very thick.. Mozzarella sticks were dry and cold.. poutine, whopper jr, and Hershey Pie were all great.

We tried the new Maple Whiskey burgers and they were delicious. We also ordered the Big King XL, which has always been my favorite. The only downside was that the fries were only half full.
I love this place, it is better and bigger burgers and prices are much cheaper than mcdonald’s. I would love it if I could
