I eventually found the corporate number online and submitted my complaint. However, I was informed that this location is a franchise and they operate independently, which was shocking to me. My experience with corporate was not much better; I haven't heard back from anyone since. I live nearby and have frequented this Burger King in the past, but I won't be returning. I recommend steering clear of this location if you're craving a Whopper. If there were an option for a negative rating, I would give it -100 stars without hesitation. During my recent drive-thru visit, my order was messed up. I parked my car to go inside, but the restaurant was closed. I called and explained the situation to the manager, who assured me he would make things right. He brought out the corrected order and asked for the incorrect one back to prevent waste, which was unusual since I’ve rarely been asked to return the wrong item, but it didn’t bother me. However, when I checked the sandwich, it was still incorrect. I have a food allergy, so I make specific requests to avoid any issues. I visited the drive-thru with my mom, who occasionally struggles with speaking. Unfortunately, the staff member kept interrupting her, which was quite frustrating. I tried to order a Sprite Zero, but the employee claimed it wasn’t available, despite it being listed on your website. I explained that I can't have sugary sodas, but she insisted that I couldn't get a meal without it. The worker was rather rude, so we chose to leave and go to another place. The Burger King in Maplewood is much better, with friendlier staff.

The staff here consistently put in their best effort during my visits. I can tell it's tough for them to operate without a working menu board inside, but they still manage to keep the drive-thru line moving smoothly. Each time I come, I inquire about the closed lobby, and I've learned it’s due to the broken menu board. I would appreciate having the option to use the restroom, but I understand the circumstances. I wanted to share my experience at this Burger King, where the employee serving my girlfriend and me was noticeably rude during our drive-thru visit. I could hear him sighing over the intercom, and he hurried through our order, making it difficult for us to ensure everything was accurate. It was frustrating to be treated this way while simply trying to order burgers. Because of this, I’ve decided to go to a different Burger King location next time.

The food is acceptable, but the customer service is some of the worst I've ever experienced. There's an unprofessional note taped to the drive-thru menu that comes across as quite pretentious. Additionally, the bald man working at the drive-thru yelled at the car in front of me, making the atmosphere quite uncomfortable for everyone in line. This establishment really needs to rethink its approach or consider closing for good.

The posted hours online are inaccurate; they close earlier than indicated. By 9 PM, the dining area is already closed and empty. The speaker system was malfunctioning, making it hard to place my order. When I received my food, I was told it was free due to a computer error, but my order was incomplete. The young man taking orders on Saturday mornings struggles significantly in his role. I'm not alone in finding my experience with him frustrating. However, the rest of the staff is friendly, and the food is consistently enjoyable. Once this problematic employee is no longer around, this restaurant will be a lovely place to dine.
