I always visit this Burger King and have never had any issues in the past. However, today when I walked in, the manager (an older white lady with blonde hair) was on a speakerphone call and did not acknowledge me. She took my coupon without saying anything, handed it to another employee, and then went into her office behind the register. The employee who took my order, a very nice and respectful guy with long hair in a braid, apologized for her behavior. I reassured him that it was not his responsibility to correct her actions.
