WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I write 2 kinds of reviews, when I 've had an exceptional experience, and this one, and I 've only ever given a handful like this. I went to their parking lot, expecting to go in, no sign on the door saying the dining room was closed. Finally ordered online to pick it up at the drive thru window, waited a little while then drove thru, told to wait by the front doors. I selected drive thru, not curbside for a reason. You had the order, you could have made it then. when it came out to me i checked it, and no Jalapeno bites, OK, no problem, but it would have been nice if they told me that when they brought it out. I always default to onion rings, not Mozzarella Sticks....
my family came in to get food and we stopped going through. we let the woman know we needed a moment. how we look at the menu and make decisions. we are constantly interrupted and rushed until we were told to drive because there are other cars. we look back, there is no one else in the line and so we moved around and chose to come and go. even then the place was empty and still no cars so was not sure why we were hurried. after all that half my eating was not fresh, the sprite was out, but didn't know until we were on the street and I had to get a drink somewhere else. So I wasn't as happy at all, as everything was supposed to be fresh and nothing should have been out.
If I could give a 0 star I would. I'm a Uber Delivery Driver and I just waited at the drive through window for 20 minutes WITHOUT seeing a soul inside. I know they were open because they answered the intercom. We go to leave because no one ever helped us, as we leave we see 2 people smoking something in the parking lot, in their white car. Just wow.
I would like to thank them so much to the burger king hired the manager and his 1 workers it was only 2 people in there the cars wrapped around the building that I came to complain bout my long wait when I saw that it only 2 employees I felt so bad and thank them for my ordering out as soon as they could need an increase when they ask me. Just left in line for 30 mins. On the phone with my friend. Get to the window for order. Still not ready Manager says he told everyone he was short staffing, he did not request money back. Will never go there again. Three people on staffing woring. I don't know who owns this Burger King, this person is putting you out of business.
Not sure how you have 4-5 people in the kitchen, no one in the dining room, and can't get food from the grill to the window while it's still warm, but that was the achievement tonight. The young lady at the window was pleasant, but no one is running that kitchen. It's as if the food is just a happy accident.
