To find the entrance to the winding road between Idlewood Electric and Waterway Car Wash when looking for this restaurant. I recognize the challenges of staffing shortages in today's world, but I felt neglected and waited for a prolonged period without any acknowledgment. A simple greeting would have improved my experience despite the lengthy wait. I would have had a much better time had I used the drive-thru option instead. The new 5 dollar deal at burger King is a scam don't get it at all not worth the money at all also at this location you have to wait in the cold outside waiting at the front parked outside in the parking lot lmaoooooooo if you go through the drive through so just go to a different burger King or just go to a wendys or something like that definitely not McDonald's tho
Horrible place the lady cussed at me when I just asked her if I can order anything on the menu.I asked her if she would like to be talked that way and her reply was whatever.horrible place I called customer service which might not lead anywhere ,but I hope someone follows up so she gets reeducated on handling customers.
It's just a Burger King, after all. My only issue was that I placed a mobile order, and when I arrived to pick it up, they said they were out of something that was still listed on the menu. It was a little frustrating, but not a huge deal.

I've been to this BK three times and two out of those three times my order has been wrong. These were not complicated orders they were very simple. Go a few blocks west to Portillo's, you'll actually get what you ordered.

The wait was excessive, taking so long to acknowledge my presence. I stood for 5 minutes with no one else in line, a simple greeting goes a long way.
Food ok, but they don't listen, check that lettuce on those sandwiches , not right, smells and taste like mop bucket water. What's up with that, smh
