I only go to Burger King once or twice a year. Last year, I tried the ghost pepper Whopper and it was very tasty. So when I stopped in today and saw they had it, I was very happy. I got home, unpacked my food and it was just a regular Whopper with more mayonnaise than beef, not even close to the ghost pepper Whopper. If I didn't have a napping baby, I would drive 20 minutes back to probably end up on the next Instagram freakout video. I paid just under $14 for a regular Whopper. I ended up removing the top bun completely and using a napkin to wipe the mayonnaise off the patty. Even the Diet Coke tasted bad. I will never be back unless it's to throw a Coke back through the window at your wort...
I had not eaten fast food for over 15 years. Recently, due to a crazy work life and getting home late, I stopped by this location and figured I'd try the impossible burger, as BK is sometimes still open by the time I get off. I've gone through the drive thru a handful of times, and staff are very customer friendly and polite, which is commendable near closing time. Food is always fresh and hot... EXCEPT last night. Cold hard fries. I don't do reviews, but I was annoyed enough as I hadn't eaten all day, and I had to toss them when I got home. Hopefully, it's isolated. Fallston/152 site
The place needs a little updating but overall the customer service is great never have an issue with sitting in ordering and just overall being treated like a customer should be so I definitely don't remind her here have returned here and will continue to return here whenever I'm in the area
This Burger King was a drive-through experience. The line was quick., the order taker repeated our order for accuracy, and the food was hot and delicious. Cant ask for much more for fast food, and Burger King seems to be one of the few that are keeping prices reasonable.

Big props to the gentleman at the window, whose name I didn't catch (tall with a black American flag bow tie). He was incredibly friendly and polite, one of the nicest people I've ever interacted with. He deserves to be working at a 5-star restaurant.
I placed an online order for onion rings and had difficulty getting the correct sauce to go with it. The burger was not made to my specifications and the "onion rings" were actually half fries. Overall, my experience at Burger King was terrible.

I work across the street from this restaurant, so I visit often. The staff is very friendly and helpful, my order is always accurate, the food is consistently fresh, and there is never a wait.
