positiw: eating was hot and fresh negatiw: they were from a sandwich we ordered, and because we used the mobile app, we could not get any refund or credit. there were only two people I could see working, so I have to hand them out because I have up with the long line of the customers. I'm sure it wasn't an ideal situation for them either. we got an alternative sandwich that we didn't really want - but again could not get a refund - so it was a bit frustrating. warning: don't order a cha king from the mobile app at night, when they run out, they are out for the whole day.
I went through the drive-thru on my way home from work and ordered a bacon king. When I got home, I discovered that I only had 1 1/2 pieces of bacon on my sandwich. I called the restaurant to discuss the issue, but they hung up on me before I could say anything. I tried calling back, but no one answered the phone.
Pretty good most of the time. Only thing I wish this restaurant would do (and most fast food places) is actually give accurate hours of operation. Seems like they close whenever they want. Sunday it says this bk is closed at 11pm but I'm calling at 9pm and no answer
The only enjoyable part of my meal was the drink. The burger was so dry that it fell apart in my hand. The fries were not good and the entire meal was unsatisfactory. It was definitely a waste of money as it ended up in the garbage.

I recently noticed that the dining room and drink area were not very clean and expressed my concerns. However, the staff was very friendly and assured me that they would send someone to clean up.
I don’t usually do reviews but no one picked up when I called to speak to a manger. But I stopped by last night and Aaron’s customer service was exceptional! 12 out of 10
Great location with super friendly staff. The foods always made well and the line never takes long, even with fun and at times fruitful conversation.
Gave me hot fresh chicken sandwich kudos to them for giving hot food out !! Also the guy who came out to my car super friendly !
