Every time we visit this restaurant, the management and staff are extremely rude. We typically order takeout and inform them that we have a discount code. Instead of accepting the code when we pay, they make rude remarks about us giving the code before even placing our order. This goes against the practice of other restaurants, where the discount code is typically applied during payment, not before ordering. It is truly baffling.
They take FOREVER to get you through the drive through. The food is usually pretty good and hot. About what you’d expect for Burger King. The staff is alright, but they need to actually hire more people if you ask me. Burger King is changing their menu to combat the long waiting times. They are taking off items that take longer to cook.
I want 10 stars for the amazing employees who are working here. I forgot my backpack here with all the money and other valuables. They returned them to me. Thanks for the WORLD! And the food... it's Burger King, as good as ever.
Always slow service here. I pulled into the parking lot and immediately fell into the line across the parking lot and around the building. Knowing of the slow service I always get here, I left. Réservez une table maintenant
The restaurant's lobby is always closed, the managers are unfriendly, and the service is extremely slow. This place has the potential to be great with better management and an open lobby.
stopped and ordered today two jr meals in the drive thru. sprite was only carbonated soda, a frit was not completely boiled, and a burger was cold (also the bungalow was cold).
The restaurant is clean and the food is delicious. I wish they had a location in Branson.
