This was the worst experience I have had, with terrible customer service to match. I placed an online order for pick-up through the drive-thru an hour before my arrival. When I got there, I was told I had to pick up inside the restaurant. Inside, I was told there was no order for me. I tried to show them the order on my app, complete with an order number and payment confirmation, but was ignored for another 20 minutes. When they finally asked for my name, they struggled to understand it, suggesting it was of African origin. Another employee walked past me without acknowledging me at all. I rated this store 1 star due to pulling and seeing not 1, not 2 but 3 employees smoking weed right outside the emergency door by the bathrooms. One ran past me for a drive thru order and was reeking of weed. There was one young man working cleaning the lobby. There appeared to be NO Suprvision and definitely no professionalism. These employees clearly have NO respect for their workplace. Management PLEASE Do Better. I went to McDonald's instead.

Avoid this restaurant at all costs. As a former manager here, I can attest to the fact that the staff are extremely unpleasant and unscrupulous. I was unfairly dismissed due to discrimination, and I also observed that they simply reheat food instead of preparing it fresh. This explains why there are always complaints about cold food - there seems to be ongoing maintenance issues in the kitchen.

Restaurant, nasty customer service nasty and most of all having to share the bathroom with the men’s nasty as I’m using the bathroom, a man walks in and uses the bathroom with me. Yes I am a female. Burger King needs to be shut down. Réservez une table maintenant

I have been coming here for the last 2 weeks and the shake machine has been down I cone just to see if it's up you guys are starting to be just like McDonald's and how their machine is always down what's going on with you all

No one answered at the speaker so I drove to the window. I was told that they had a limited staff. The drive thru attendant was very helpful and didn't have an attitude with the situation.

Food is horrible none of the employees can follow directions. Honestly don't know how anyone keeps that place open it is mediocre.
