This would have been a one star review if it wasn’t for the kindness of the manager. I ordered a whopper with cheese and a Jr whopper with cheese and both were room temperature. The manager handled it in a very pleasant manner. He explained to me that he has new help and they’re still learning. He apologized profusely I left with a smile and two hot burgers. He explained to me that cop is hard to come by these days and I totally understand that. Let’s go Brandon!!

2 cheeseburger ordered. pretty simple right? buns were hard, don't even be warm, much less melted, shaking machine was down that was around 5-6 clock, on Thursday afternoon. sad vigilance, sad bk, I will definitely not visit this particular place again. they knew the rolls were hard when they made the burger. but who's right? They're shaking it, put it in the bag and give it out! Luckily I was on the car before I opened one.
