These girls (merchant id 456203516996 which is probably not right) at the drive through are definitely over their job, I went through the drive through and the girl at the drive through was giving attitude from the start. Ordered 3 of the 8pc chicken nuggets and got 7? How did she get 7 didn’t even say the number 7, pretty funny though McDonald’s service and employees are better. The car behind me seemed to have had the same issue as well. I’m 100% sure she did it in purpose because I simply ask
Took my mom and brother to get food but now I regret it. The drive thru cars and two customers that came in after my mom and brother inside the restaurant got their food before my brother. 15 minutes for 3 little sandwiches. I wouldn't have minded the wait if it was busy, but it was 3 little sandwiches...and the fact that several other customers got their food before my brother even though he ordered before, is unacceptable.
The crispy chicken was not crispy as advertised. When I asked the manager, she said they changed the recipe, so it’s no longer crispy. According to health department regulations, food handlers should wear gloves and hats, but the employee packing fries wasn’t wearing either, and neither was the person wrapping sandwiches in the kitchen. Considering this, is it really safe to eat there, especially during COVID times?

Seriously I went to go buy my kids 4 Bacon cheeseburgers plain and the cook didnt add the bacon we got charged for it and the wrapper has the B for bacon but no bacon they need to careful with the orders. I payed for something just to not get it..... So disappointed I love this Bk and they let me down.
I ordered a Whopper, but it wasn’t a real Whopper. It was just bread with old meat. The service was really bad. Manager, please check on your staff and orders. Thank you.
The employee did their job well, and the shakes were tasty. However, my wife and I both found the atmosphere unpleasant and uncomfortable.
fries have no salt. burgers have no flavor. rightfully the worst burger king location ive ever been to. never coming here again.
