I placed an online order. Waited at my table like the app said. then when I went to the counter. The manager SUSAN told me I had to get to the back of the line before I had said anything. She said “are you DoorDash or what” When I asked about my mobile order she said “go to the back of the line, I can’t help you” as I asked for a refund she said “take it up with the app” then turned her back to me and walked off.
