As I walked in, I noticed two women behind the counter who simply stared at me without saying a word. They continued to watch in silence until I reached the register. One of them disappeared into the back while the other, looking annoyed, took my order. Without a word, she slid my cup across the counter.
When my order was finally ready, she rudely slammed my food down on the counter. To make matters worse, right before my meal was served, the other woman returned from the back, tossed her filthy, grimy hat onto the counter, and went back to her break. It was the most unpleasant experience I've ever had!

Update: The drive-thru experience has improved, and I must say, the customer service is commendable! If I had a choice, I would avoid going there altogether. I've never encountered phrases like "we don't have change" or "we're out of soda" at any other fast food restaurant. The drive-thru itself is quite problematic; there always seem to be new employees, and rarely do I see a smiling face among them. The speed of service leaves much to be desired. If it weren't for my 3-year-old's love for the chicken fries, I would probably never go back.
This has to be the laziest, slowest staff of any Burger King. I didn't not get any acknowledgement at the drive thru speaker until I spoke into it. Order a simple whopper and fires. Sat at the window for over 5 minutes. And before you say, or they were cooking the fries No. Fries and burger were warm at best, definitely not freshly made. And you could see every employee just standing around looking bored. Sadly, that's the norm with young staff these days.
I advise against visiting this restaurant. They consistently mess up orders, which seems to be their only reliable trait. The quality of the establishment is quite poor, and they are understaffed. I believe they need to either close this Burger King or really restructure their team with capable employees. I apologize for the negativity, but I just don’t understand how it can be this way.

this position is consistent, made of sauces, grounded orders and has no hours on any window door. but claims to be open about the Marquee sign. some were inside, looking at us over the thru running gear, and refused to come to the window or loudspeaker box to order. .
Chicken fries were stale and tasted like they were reheated from 2 days ago. Spicy chicken tasted the same. Very stale and hardly any meat. Just stale chewy crust? Fries were decent but how do you mess up fries. Workers rude and shallow. Wont be back.
I had a great experience at the restaurant. The food was served hot with very little waiting time, and the service was polite and efficient.
I've visited this restaurant several times. Some days, the #3 dish was hot and delicious, while on other days, it fell short.

The crispy jalapeno chicken sandwich is excellent. I ordered two Whoppers as well. The drive-thru was really slow.
