First of all, wish I could give a zero. Don’t even waste your money. We got two Whoppers, and this is how we received them. My wife found that hers had a hole poked out of the middle of it. So I checked mine, and found it in two pieces. Then to top it off, literally, they threw our fries in the bag upside down. We ordered three fries, 2 smalls and 1 medium. When I filled the containers back up to see how much we received, it only filled up the medium and 1 small... where did all my other small fry disappear to!?! Absolutely the worst customer service as well. The lady taking my order was chatting it up with a coworker as I was trying to order, oblivious that I could hear them. And then proce...
As I walked in, I noticed two women behind the counter who simply stared at me without saying a word. They continued to watch in silence until I reached the register. One of them disappeared into the back while the other, looking annoyed, took my order. Without a word, she slid my cup across the counter. When my order was finally ready, she rudely slammed my food down on the counter. To make matters worse, right before my meal was served, the other woman returned from the back, tossed her filthy, grimy hat onto the counter, and went back to her break. Today was my all time worst experience (1/29/2023 2:25 PM). I usually go during the week day around lunch where the staff is friendly and exercise good customer service. Today, a young lady took my order at the drive through. I’m still waiting to hear her say “hello,” “thank you” or anything of the sort. When I pulled up to pay, she opened the window, grabbed my money, gave me my change, then handed me my bag of food and immediately closed the window. She never once said a word to me during that entire transaction. Pitiful customer service and, if it wasn’t for the week day lunchtime employees, I wouldn’t step back into this establishment.
This burger king used to be on point but it's seems like now they only get your order halfway right twice now I've ordered a 2 for 10 a big king w bacon no onions or lettuce n pickle, and w.e other samich they always put onions on the burger I specified not to and twice now they have put the bacon on the other samich or gave me a bacon king instead of a double quarter Samich and charge me a lil extra and when I ask em they read it right but then give half way wrogn stuff like ? What's with this please guys I really like this bk but people there need to pay more attention to the tickets and their orders especially custom orders......
The updated drive-thru experience is significantly improved, and the customer service is commendable! However, if I didn't feel the need to go there, I probably wouldn't. I've never been told that they have no change or experienced a lack of soda options like I have at other fast-food places. The drive-thru can be quite frustrating, with frequent staff changes and a noticeable absence of smiles. Additionally, the service speed leaves much to be desired. If my 3-year-old didn't enjoy the chicken fries so much, I wouldn't consider coming back.
I 'm unsure of what is going on with this Burger King, but on 11/15/21 the staff literally made me sit in the line, refused to refund money after they gave me the wrong order, and a pregnant staff person told me to pull around and square up . Now i 'm patient and considerate of all fast food workers, but the display by the manager and staff was unprofessional and ignorant. Do better. Working in fast food should not equate to disrespect and ignorance. Do better Dover King Dover.
This is one of the dirtiest Burger Kings I've ever been to. The food was good and it wasn't busy, but the floors were sticky all throughout, the highchairs were so gross I didn't feel comfortable putting my 9-month-old baby in one, and several tables were dirty from previous customers and weren't cleaned during the 45 minutes we were there. The bathrooms were actually fine, surprisingly. They really need to do some basic cleaning throughout the day.
Food was ok. The line was very long, so I ordered through the app and they asked me to come inside to get it. So I did. I ended up having to wait about 20 mins inside to get my food. Burger King has def gone down hill. I haven't been to one in years and today was a reminder of why I hadn't been going there.
