Burger King - Réservation de table

I ordered 2 Whopper meals and a Bacon king burger and paid for what I ordered. And I did not get what I ordered or paid for. The supposed Whoppers were smaller than they were supposed to be and they were on sourdough bread and and so was the Bacon king burger. I only checked the wrappers but I didn't check the burgers themselves inside the wrappers. Now I have to check every little detail before I walk out. And if it was the case of being out of Whopper buns, then they should tell you that, but even so the burger patties were way smaller than a Whopper is supposed to be. I placed my order through the app, but ended up stuck in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes without any explanation. If I hadn't already paid, I would have left. It was absurd. I couldn't even hear the loudspeaker, so we decided to move to the line with three other cars. I'm not sure what the issue was, but it definitely shouldn't have taken that long to sort it out. The only thing I could really taste was the pickle. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

I was looking forward to a nice dinner, but we were all quite disappointed. We waited over 20 minutes at the drive-thru window. When we finally received our drinks, they were large, flat sodas without ice, and they refused to swap them for milkshakes or any alternatives. The French fries were only half full. There was no one else in the drive-thru line. My advice is to go to Popeyes, which is right next door.

30 minutes. 30 minutes. 30 minutes sitting in the Drive-Thru waiting my turn! The only reason I waited it out was because I had ordered through the app. There were enough employees but somehow they got backed up. There were only about eight cars ahead of me. 30 minutes! And no apologies or explanation once I got to the window. And they didn't get the order right. At least the fries were hot. Réservez une table maintenant

Just to let you know guys, this it’s the wort Burger King that ever see. Look what I received inside of my burger. That happened in the Night Shift. They don’t care about costumer’s and neither does the hygiene

it's not busy at all. we're pulling all this on my sandwich. I'm in the register and the cashier just throws my food over the switch and doesn't even tell me his mine. I had to ask. they could keep going.

Vegan burger last thing i will have it. Also was server cold and not fresh veggies. Fries were also very bad. Complete loss of my 10$. Please revisit your product/food item ethics. Before you serve.

They forgot a majority of my 8-piece Fiery Chicken Nuggets Meal and provided the wrong drink for the Original Chicken Sandwich Meal. Réservez une table maintenant

I placed a mobile order online and picked it up without any issues. The employee who assisted me was very friendly and efficient.
