ordered 2 orders and they were missing fries and I asked for PLAIN cheeseburgers for 2 kids meals talked to the rude girl at the window and told me well next time ask for plain she rolled her eyes at me and didn’t want to replace my burgers I clearly said PLAIN manager Kenzie needs to do a better job. They don’t care they just want you out of the drive thru
how I started. came to get a big tasting whooper and came disappointed. the whopper looked like someone could have gone over it. she didn't look like the picture. I know that can look foolish. my daughter hühnernuggets tasted as if they were reheated. a total disappointment! Especially for the prices we had to pay.
Stopped for a quick bite to eat later in the evening. I placed my order and paid the bill. Although there was no one behind me in line, I was asked to pull forward to have my order fulfilled. I know they do that to reduce their total service time, but it always ticks me off…
The chef at Afterthemd crafted the best BK burger I've ever had. The flavors were perfect, and he should definitely be encouraged to teach others how to prepare food properly, especially in Chatsworth. I wholeheartedly recommend this place! Réservez une table maintenant
The drive-thru moved quite quickly. My only issue with many fast food restaurants is that the employees tend to hurl the bag at me and close the window before I even have a chance to ask if there are napkins or other items in the bag.
Went through the drive thru and they were not busy at all. Ordered, got food, back to work and they left my fries out. I only ordered a cheeseburger and fry! Nobody else was there! No excuse! Do better!
I visited this morning for a #10 meal. I had to say the number three times before they understood my order. When I was asked what I wanted to drink, I requested sweet tea.

I have never experienced such poorly prepared food in my life. The bacon was completely cold and undercooked.
