It really saddens me that fast food restaurants such as BK don't train their employees right anymore. This specific place was my very first job at 16 in 1988, the same year the Fairmount Ave location was first built. Yeah I was one of the first employees there! First of all they aren't even open until midnight at the drive thru as stated, they close whenever they feel like it and yes I've been there many times when their supposed to be open and aren't. I just called there 4 times to see if they were open and got no answer, just the stupid fax machine noise trying to make me deaf. Also why don't they serve chocolate ice cream there? Placed an online order and when we showed up they were slammed inside and in the drive thru. Had to wait a little bit but it was so worth it. Fresh food, accurate order, the staff was so attentive and made sure my Whopper had onion and no bacon. They were obviously busy and kept their patience. I am very impressed. This BK location is doing everything right. Props to y'all!!
I always have a wonderful experience every time I place an order at this location. I believe one of the employees is named Angela, and she wears glasses. She is always so kind and polite, reminding me of Velma from Scooby-Doo. Whenever I hear her voice on the speaker, I feel confident that my order will be accurate.
Rude staff and horrible food at this location. Every single time I’ve been there they forget something and you have to wait 15-20 minutes without fail. On top of that the restaurant itself is absolutely filthy. I’ll never go to this location again. If I could give it negative stars I would. Don’t waste your time!

The kids' meal included chicken tenders, but no fries. There were only two items to pack: the fries and the chicken tenders. I don’t understand how one of them could be forgotten!
This fast food restaurant is moving to self-serve kiosks, which seems to be the trend nowadays. Unfortunately, if you're looking for actual service, good luck with that.
The staff at this restaurant displayed a lack of professionalism, notably not wearing masks correctly. I observed them handling money and then directly touching food.
I usually order chicken salads from there because I’m not a huge fan of most foods. However, their salads are really delicious and just right for me.

The service was excellent, and everything was fantastic. The staff was incredibly welcoming.
