The cashiers are very friendly and have always got my order right, whether I'm at the drive-thru or inside. However, I should note that sometimes the nuggets are only lukewarm instead of hot. Additionally, the prices for their iced coffee are quite steep. On the plus side, their spicy nuggets are still reasonably priced, which is great, and they currently have a limited-time dollar shake that is delicious. Unfortunately, their Icee machines seem to be out of order 70% of the time, and when they are working, it's usually only one flavor that is available.
I ordered a Whopper no cheese combo and had to stress that I didn't want any cheese. The drive-thru took about 4 minutes, during which I was offered ketchup and received my receipt. The total came to $9.52. Unfortunately, I drove away without my Coke. I enjoyed the fries while driving; they were hot and crispy. Once I parked, I dug into the Whopper, and it tasted great—just what you'd expect from Burger King, except for the forgotten Coke. I’m sure they would have made it right if I had gone back.
