I experienced terrible service at this restaurant! The staff member at the drive-thru was rude and completely ignored the sign posted there. The sign stated: “Receive a $5.00 gift card if we don’t give you proper service.” However, when I asked for two medium-sized cups of water, she failed to acknowledge my request. After I inquired about the gift card, she became defensive and rude, claiming, “I didn’t charge you for the water; I charged you for something else.” She then closed the window without explaining what she meant. You really can't beat two Whoppers for six bucks—they're the biggest, best, and heaviest burgers around. I ordered mine with extra tomatoes, and they are both filling and satisfying. The restaurant also owns Tim Hortons, and I really hope they consider coming to Chicago. As for McDonald's, when you see someone buying just their dollar Cokes, it's probably because they need something to wash down the superior flavor of a flame-grilled Whopper. In my opinion, this sandwich is one of the best in fast food. It offers a great combination of quality, taste, and quantity—you get two pounds of deliciousness for just six bucks. Good luck finding that deal anywhere else!
I ordered breakfast this morning, and unfortunately, my egg and cheese biscuit was overcooked, and my hash browns were all crumbled. It's frustrating to spend hard-earned money on food just to receive it cold. Overall, my meal was quite disappointing. I also tried calling the restaurant this morning, but no one answered. I have been a regular customer and order from you almost every day, yet my food is consistently cold. This experience has been really disappointing.
Horriiiible place customer service is the worst . I literally was having almost accidental at the drive thru because of customer service . Call the police on the cashier because she forced me to drive and hit the car in front of me. Will complain to the manager also . And corporate. Either these older ladies should get colored or replaced . No clue about customer service no clue about service at all my ice cream came melted too.

I had a great experience at the drive-thru. The staff was friendly, and my food was surprisingly good. I mention this because at other Burger King locations, the Whopper has tasted off and hasn't been grilled properly. But at this place, it was fantastic! The fries were, as always, delicious. I will definitely be returning to this location for my Whopper cravings.
they have made me 3 different paintings wrong. the food was tasteless. 50 cent for salat loading is ridiculous. The pop tasted flat. So asked for a new one. Something so that I tasted regular and still like no enough syrup in the mix. time and money.
The food consistently tastes great, and I've never had any problems with my orders. The staff is mostly friendly, making it an overall enjoyable Burger King experience.
For 19.57, I received cold food and fries, and the woman working there refused to address the issue. I will never return to this place again.
