when I drove through the dame that took my order, seemed to have a posture and I could hear how people scream and scream through their microphone in the restaurant. we wait 20 minutes that we miss our food order wrong, that a big frey goes back and they say that the lobby is closed for the day that is understandable, no signs at the door or somewhere that the said lobby is closed, but I had a confused order so that I went into word and told them that I miss a big frit. in the meantime, I realized that the cashier/the managerin leads the place as if it was a short order cook. if we order to extinguish, we do not have a fish and something like this to the person who takes the transit order. customer service is a zero cleaning is the zero understanding of their own menu is a zero. Do not waste their time and try to buy them here.
the people who give this place a 5 stars are the upper management that works there. that's the worst Burger King I went to. I went there twice and both paintings, I heard people fighting through the propulsion thru loudspeaker. they both commanded, I went there. they have charged me great fry, but given me a little, and I don't want such a little nitpick because it's not a big thing. the last stroh was when I ordered a combo meal and an additional frit, they forgot my frit, but instead of just ringing the big frit on the window, they tell me I have a car job and I have to wait back in line. I have worked in my teenage years around 17 and the fact that this place remains open with incapable and rude personal is incredible
How can I just do that? as they can say by the photo I have attached to this review, the menu board was dead on the left side. I stopped this week for breakfast as I work from the city. Now I can remember the menu a little good, but only for the case as I'm a new city, I wanted to know which number I ordered. Now, I was told in Drive-thru to look at the menu before me, as I didn't work the board they said "I'm not sure they can look on the phone "oh, okay, no thanks. I'm going over the road to mcdonald. the line is long, but I can only imagine that they can not read the menu in the bk. fail!
Christian Rose was so very helpful and professional.. he took care of our order with a sense of urgency and it was correct. He was very helpful and nice. He made sure his team mates Tearica and Heaven got the order correct and fresh. The service here was AWESOME and we will definitely be back.
