Please hire staff who genuinely care about their work. The employees during the late shift on Friday were quite lackluster in their efforts. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal that was supposed to come with two sandwiches and two fries. It was bustling in there at 9:30 p.m., which I assume was due to high demand. There were cars waiting to get their food. Unfortunately, my chicken sandwich was disappointing. I paid extra for cheese, but it was missing from both sandwiches. One of my sandwiches had only two oddly shaped pieces of chicken instead of the proper portion. It seemed like the staff were too lazy to prepare the correct chicken pieces for the sandwiches. Well kept, clean, and recently remodeled which looks pretty nice honestly. Service could have been a bit less slow (though I understand that's all down to staffing issues), and I wish it was more clear where you're supposed to stand in line to order. Other than that no complaints!
What a dump. Had to wait 20 minutes for order. When it was brought to car everything was 'dumped ' into bag. Sloppy, messy. 3rd time there10 pm service was horrible. Will never go back. This is why other chains are busy and this BK is dead. Mgr Tucker didn 't care. Réservez une table maintenant
