in general an ok experience, that is why 2 stars. but today I tried to pay for my breakfast. I used a bigger bill, but under 100 instead of trying to make it a positive interaction, ma’am was just told me I can’t change what they do? it’s good if they don’t have 2 twenties on the entire site. I understand, maybe your policy doesn't let you take these bills. but my problem was with the aggressive whisky as if it was my fault, even though I was polite all the time. I understand that customers can be terrible, but they cannot bring this expectation to any interaction. Get the app. It has lots of perks and savings. Especially for famiy sized orders. If i sound like a commercial its true I love my BK. It IS fast food but everything is ok in moderation. Also at least in my area I LOVE that they are paying their employees $15 an hour. GOOD JOB BK BEING A POSITIVE EXAMPLE BY PAYING A DECENT WAGE AND OFFERING TRAINING. ITS A START!
