I went to the restaurant at 1:30 in the morning and was disappointed with the quality of the burger I received. I jokingly told the server that I expected a patty that had been sitting in the warmer for over an hour, and unfortunately, that's exactly what I got. The burger was only lukewarm and not worth the £12 I paid for it. If I had ordered through a delivery service like Uber Eats or Just Eat, I would have requested a refund. I love Burger King, but selling me a subpar burger patty is not acceptable, regardless of the time of day. We arrived at the restaurant around 12:40 and found it to be fairly empty. There were three people ahead of us in a line, but it appeared they were waiting for their orders as no one was taking new orders. The man who seemed to be the manager was moving trays and wiping surfaces but did not make eye contact with us. After waiting for 5 minutes with no service, we decided to leave and went to McDonald's instead. The lack of attention from the staff was likely the reason the restaurant was empty.
I ordered the most expensive item on the menu, the Angus burger, and it was dry, cold, and burnt. I had to wait 15 minutes to place my order (with only one customer ahead of me) and then another 28 minutes to receive my order. When I asked for a refund, the manager laughed in my face. Burger King, you did a terrible job. I will never be coming back.
I paid nearly £8.00 for a fish meal!! Ended up with 3 fish finger in a bun!!! They didn’t even use a fish Pattie. If I had known was gonna pay for 3 FISH FINGERS.. Would’ve just gone to a supermarket could of bought the same things in frozen just for £3.00 tbh. McDonald’s way wayyyy better!!

Awful place. Customer service was appalling. I asked for a straw and it seemed like an inconvenience to get me one as there were none left on the counter. No “hello, please or thank you”. Manager should be ashamed of themselves for such poorly trained staff.
When you walk in the staff aren’t even at the till there talking in the back. There is this one man who works there and he walks as slow as a sloth and the prices for the burgers are a rip off
This BK is usually smelly and dirty. Great food... and atmosphere will be spoiled by beggars walking in and asking for £2 or £3 instead of spare change.
Great, we got free chilli cheese bites with the points!!! Amazing , will definitely go again. Their vegan royal is also great.
