Today we were returning from a vacation on motorcycles. Not only was it raining, we were soaked to the skin. We pulled off into this restaurant. The counter worker, Allen, was gracious, friendly, quick with our order, and very nice about the fact that he had to mop the floor from all the water coming off our riding gear. This young man is an asset to your organization. The food was prepared quickly, was what we ordered, and the hospitality excellent. Thank you for making a bad day much, much better. You rock, Allen!
Food is always wrong or nasty and don't know her name but the manager during the day was very rude and unprofessional when I took a burger back in that had everything on it and I asked for cheese only. They made another one and it was the same way, I got no refund when I asked because I wasn't wasting time with the rude manager and the ticket plainly said cheese only. This is the Burger King at 150&16 in Denver.
