The management of this franchise should be embarrassed. This is one of the worst locations I’ve ever encountered. I've been waiting nearly 30 minutes just to pick up a delivery. The manager on duty is distracted, playing on her phone. She even took off one of her gloves to text, then put it back on. There’s only one employee handling both the drive-thru and front register, and he can't keep up. I really hope someone evaluates this franchise soon, or that the franchise itself takes action to replace some of the district managers and the director of operations.
The dining area is still closed, so we saw a man have to leave because his work van was too tall for their drive through and they wouldnt give him any other way to order. Then when we ordered I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich that when recieced the chicken had clearly been either severly overcooked or been left sitting under the heat lamp WAY too long. It was like a rock. Then the lettuce they gave me was one chunk all stuck together still with the stem being a large portion of what I was given. See pictures.
I will not be returning to this location. There was no one up front when I got there and I waited several minutes to be greeted by am employee. My food came out slow and was missing pickles and had mayonaise when I asked for none. When I tried to speak to the manager with long blonde hair about it, she was incredibly rude and ignored me several times.
You never know when they are going to be open. The fat guy that answered the door said drive thru only. He looked like he could care less if I ordered . . .. SO , , , I DIDN'T. They are across the road from a super Walmart . . . . but are totally struggling for customers . . . . while Wendys and McD's are overflowing. Réservez une table maintenant
This Burger King in Titusville--across from Walmart was really dirty! The table we sat at was dirty, window sills had dirt and bugs, there was only one size cup lid, NO Regular coke, NO Dr. Pepper, NO condiments sitting out like most fast food places, had to ask for NAPKINS! Seriously!
