Staff are friendly enough.. service and food are TERRIBLE. SOOO SLOW. This is the 4th and last time I will come here. I spoke with the manager this time.. and as soon as I started stating my issues she clearly glazed over. She clearly was not interested in improving anyone's experience there. Too bad. I normally love Burger king and hate McDonald's.
I don't understand how you can make a burger anymore sloppy and unappealing. I'm sure there are actual manuals with pictures on the wall. I will drive 30miles to Duchesne's BK rather than buy a fry from here again.Parking: It's a parking lot with yellow lines over black top
they had major attitude. waited to order for 5 minutes the waited to pay for another 5 minutes.... when I fi ally got my food it was cold and not complete. went back through to get what they forgot and it still wasn't right. as a visitor to roosevelt I wasn't impressed!!!!
My burger was wonderful and the fries were fresh and crispy. I'm pretty disgusted by the play area almost every time we come in though. The tables are always dirty and the play equipment is filthy. They need to keep on this better especially during cold and flu season. Réservez une table maintenant
The food quality varies significantly. You might get a perfect burger one day and a completely bland chicken sandwich the next, or the other way around! The chicken nuggets are consistently just okay.
I wish I could give this place zero stars. I waited in the drive-thru for 30 minutes, and not a single person took my order. I ultimately decided to leave. Food rating: 1/5.
The playplace is always closed. Not sure why. The people working there were very friendly. The pop always taste...off, when we have been there.Food: 3/5

Slow service, dirty tables and floors, bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. Cold food, it tastes terrible.
