It took 45 minutes to receive our food, even though we were only second in the drive-thru. The car ahead of us ordered very little, and we only ordered a kids meal and a regular meal. Somehow, our food arrived both burnt and cold. On top of that, we were charged for an item we never received. The restaurant clearly lacks sufficient staff to operate efficiently, and the employees seem neither properly trained nor held to basic fast food standards. This isn’t the fault of the employees themselves but rather the responsibility of the owner and the management team they appointed.
I had an absolutely terrible experience at this restaurant! After my mother exited the restroom, we went outside, and an employee accused her of stealing a hand soap dispenser. I was confident that neither of us had done anything wrong, so I offered to let the employee search our paper bags and purses. Instead, he pulled out his cellphone, started taking pictures of us, and began shouting insults. This all occurred while other customers were inside eating. The employee's name is Charlie, and I will definitely NOT be returning to this location.
I've visited numerous Burger Kings, but this one really shines! The management clearly knows what they're doing because the service is fast and the food is delicious. The staff is also very friendly. I especially enjoy the Impossible Whopper—it's an amazing bargain at two for six dollars. That's a much better deal than the six dollars I would pay for a Beyond Burger at Carl's Jr.
I really wish the staff were more knowledgeable about the app and how to access bonuses and offers. They are very friendly, and the food is consistently good and served quickly. The restaurant is clean, and there's pleasant background music for us to enjoy. The well-maintained fountain also adds to the atmosphere.

The staff is very friendly, and while their dedication to customer service is commendable, it seems to impact the quality of the food. They were accommodating, and my order arrived promptly, but unfortunately, my meal was not fully cooked. I hope things improve on my next visit!
The drive-thru intercom was out of order, which caused a bit of a wait, but I heard it will be repaired soon. I really love the Hepper, and for some reason, I enjoy the Hepper Jr. even more. Plus, you definitely shouldn't miss out on trying one or two of the $1 tacos!
I had a lovely visit today. It was a simple trip, with three stops along the way, and then I returned. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I truly appreciate the quick and convenient lunch options! Thank you!
