I agree with K-THONG on this one. This location has noticeably declined in both food quality and service over the past few months. Today, I used the app to place a drive-thru order, but when I reached the window, I was informed that they had run out of the size cup I requested. The employee asked if that was okay, but her tone was rather impolite. I responded that it would be fine as long as I could get a refund for the price difference. She informed me that I would have to handle it through the app. While that’s reasonable, her tone remained off-putting, which really disappointed me. Came to get a seasonal burger. It was dried out, made sloppy, cold, and incorrect bun. They were out of all large and small sizes. The window lady was rude and lacking in customer service skills. I definitely felt like they found having a customer bothersome.
The burgers were lukewarm, the lettuce was old and wilted, and the fries were cold. The onion rings were undercooked, and the nuggets tasted stale. All of this for $23 wasted—such a disappointment. I should have just gone to Whataburger instead.
They got 3 out of the 5 meals wrong unfortunately. ? they were pretty nice but still I didn't get what I paid for. Spent over 50 bucks just for my kids to not even eat their food because it was wrong.

Ordered 3 double cheeseburgers and ask could they be fresh off the broiler...Dude gave me 3 regular cheese burgers. And he was the district manager...said he read it wrong...
