My husband I visited a few days ago for the first time since the refurbishment as we usually love Burger King but not this time. …we found the screens a bit confusing to use as we were used to ordering face to face but that’s progress I guess. The cheeseburgers tasted as if they’d been hanging around for a few hours but the chips were good freshly cooked). I had the misfortune to visit the toilets talk about follow your nose I could smell urine before I entered the washroom area. In fact it smelt worse than the stairwell in the car park! Yuk. Nobody from Burger King will read this or respond but hopefully will be a warning to prospective customers.
burger king is one of the most iconic global providers of fast food. the snacks, chips and additive are very nice. it is suitable for those who are too busy to make their own meals or enjoy something different from their daily homemade food. I love and enjoy especially the flame-grilled tasteful bark burgers and chips. they also have a large selection of trips that can match the pockets of students or a working class. there are also drinks that they can buy with their snacks. if you want to sit and eat, this is also available.
I'd like to give a higher score, the staff were great and the restaurant was clean, however, you don't tend to go to burger king for the atmosphere, you go for fast food. I ordered the chicken royale and I was somewhat surprised to have to search for my burger among the mayo, it was drowned in it on top, underneath and around the sides of the chicken patty, much much more than usual. I like a normal amount of mayo on a chicken burger lol.
We have visited this restaurant several times now and prefer the burgers here to McDonald's. The food is great, but we have to address the issue of the toilets being absolutely disgusting. The smell seeps out into the restaurant, which is very off-putting. Additionally, we have noticed a lot of school kids loitering without purchasing anything, with many of them vaping inside the premises. This behavior is not acceptable.

I visited burger king in truro on Saturday, 4th juni with my wife and grandson. the food was excellent, especially the fries that were beautiful and crispy. shellie served us and she was extremely cheerful, polite and helpful, even out of her way to accompany me to the self-service softdrinks machine I do not know. a loan to burger king. we will definitely return.
if they have hunger and desire to eat something in the city, burger king is the place for them! the food is perfectly cooked that lack of chaos is fabulous. I recommend stopping for some decent food. it is usually busy at weeks, I recommend going before. Unfortunately, they removed the half of the seats they cannot order at the counter, order only screens.
I was extremely surprised by the condition of the floors and tables at this restaurant. Food was scattered all over the place and the tables were not cleaned. I had to request to be served, as I believe the young girls working there were more focused on practicing their dance moves for a night out. The service was abysmal.
beautiful, large and clean restaurant. the personal is friendly. the ordering process is simple, self-service fizzy drinks is practical. eating was ok, my was unfortunately only lukewarm and a little disappointing. but still a nice place for a quick eat.

Can’t ever correct their mistakes!!!!!!! Absolutely terrible!!!!!! Wrong order again! Can’t send out any other drivers so refund which takes days!!! Thats if I even get one! Gone down hill!!
Cheap and cheerful. Nothing special, but what do you expect from fast food? Staff were nice and friendly as always
