The woman taking orders at night was quite unpleasant. It must be difficult to find staff. She remained completely silent at the order screen for about 5-7 minutes, and when I pulled up to check on the situation, she told me I had to wait and go back to the end of the line. Each time I tried to order, she was rude and had an attitude. Then, the young employee who handed me my food had a noticeable trail of spit running down his face. Overall, it was a truly disappointing experience.
I really enjoy the Junior Whopper at Burger King, and their iced lemon tea is fantastic. However, I dislike the kiosks since they don’t offer an option for customer service. The staff are wonderful, but they seem to be restricted by this system that aims to reduce staffing while claiming to create more accurate orders. I want to speak to a person! Please hire someone who needs a job.
Just went to Pville today. I will choose this BK, if in the area. I go during the day use the drive thru. I've never had an unpleasant experience here. Today was no exception. Employee was pleasant at the order microphone, followed thru on her pleasantness at the drive up window. This was 10:30am on 3/13/24. Just want to give her credit. Food was great also.
INCREDIBLE customer service! An employee named Sarina truly excelled while assisting a non-English speaking guest. Her patience was remarkable, and her politeness made a positive impression. I absolutely love this Burger King because they really know how to treat their customers! The staff is incredibly nice and friendly. I ordered a meal with two small Sprites, but they surprised me by giving me two large Sprites at no extra charge! That's such a thoughtful gesture!
The food was decent, but I was disappointed that the promotional sandwich wasn't included as advertised. It’s a shame that a large fast-food chain like this resorts to misleading advertising instead of offering quality products. I won't be ordering from Burger King again.
I was really disappointed with the Bacon and Swiss BK Royal Crispy Chicken Meal. The chicken sandwich was poorly made, and there was no barbecue sauce for my chicken nuggets. The onion rings were also soggy. Come on, Burger King—you can do better than this!

The cashier was incredibly friendly. I visited for lunch on Wednesday, March 16, at 1:50 PM, and I found the Big King to be delicious.
