Order placed on Friday January 12 at 9:00 p.m. at the drive-thru. The hostess who took the order was more than unpleasant. After having clearly specified the ingredients wanted in the hamburger several times, the latter did not type the order correctly, something that I pointed out to her politely and she replied “well you didn't tell me” like if I were his friend. Something I find unacceptable is such a lack of politeness in blaming the customer. I still emphasize that the cooking is top notch, no errors and fast. I was very surprised by the behavior of the hostess being a regular at this Burger King.
As much as I am generally satisfied every Tuesday I come, whether at the drive-thru, or in the dining room: 45 minutes of waiting, even with just 3 cars in front. More than a quarter of an hour waiting in the parking lot when an order is planned in click collect and even launched in advance... The restaurant is generally OK but often sticky with waste on the floor, in the dining room and in the kitchen... What happens on Tuesday evening? Food: 4
I don't like this restaurant several times where they take a long time to serve and we receive cold and today with the snow I waited 15 minutes the waitress sees me but she lets me wait to say that the restaurant is closed so I I was already in the restaurant at 9 p.m. and they left me waiting for nothing... C'est l'un des rares Burger King's où je vais, mais le drive-in est vraiment désastreux. Même le dimanche soir à 18h45, quand il n'y a personne, ils réussissent à mettre 10 minutes pour servir un malheureux menu pour enfants.
