While I was waiting to place my order, I witnessed a veteran who wanted to pay for someone else's meal. He instructed the cashier to put the money in the register, but the manager—a short white woman—shouted at him to take his money and leave. It was shocking to see someone treat a veteran, who served our country, in such a disrespectful manner. She accused him of disrespecting her cashier, even though he hadn’t done anything of the sort. The owner's son also walked in during this incident, and if I had known he was there, I would have spoken up.
I've visited this restaurant three times now, and each time the evening staff has messed up my order. If you're not willing to work or follow instructions for preparing orders, maybe it’s time to reconsider your job. When I called about the issue, they asked me to return the food for a replacement. But what about those of us who are just getting off work and live 42 minutes away? Why would I want to hold onto food for that long, only for you to get it wrong again? This is just unacceptable. I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed.
I have never encountered a drive-thru at a fast food restaurant that was this slow. To make things even worse, while I was waiting, a staff member who was probably ten to fifteen years younger than me called me "honey," "baby," and "sweetness." I found this extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. While such familiarity might be acceptable at a casual diner like Flo's Place, it is certainly not appropriate in this setting.

If you find yourself waiting a bit, there's a notice on the door and at the drive-thru explaining that the delays are due to being short-staffed. However, the staff at this location are incredibly friendly, especially during lunchtime! It's undoubtedly my favorite Burger King!
Even though they were short-staffed, I received my order in just 5 minutes, which I found quite impressive considering how busy they were. The cashier was also very helpful in guiding me through my order. Overall, this is definitely a Burger King I would come back to.
I've really grown to enjoy Burger King's food. It's quite delicious, and I feel good about spending my money at a company that shows a strong commitment to social responsibility.
