Burger King - Réservation de table

I’m not sure if these other reviews are typical, but this is likely the worst Burger King experience I’ve ever had. If it weren't just a few hundred meters from my apartment, I wouldn’t return. The manager is quite rude and seems to wander around in a daze, with her name tag hidden, showing no sense of urgency. She frequently messes up orders and often gets into arguments with customers when they confront her. Thankfully, all the other employees do a decent job and try their best. However, I should mention that there are times when they handle food without gloves, which is concerning. Really bad service, the manager does not take large orders when you drive thru. In pandemic times no one wants to go inside of a store or restaurants. I was almost done with my order when the manager said they are unwilling to take order via drive thru and I have to go inside the restaurant to make the order. She could of easily taken my order had me pay and told me to wait in the parking lot which I would of gladly done. Order would of totaled more than $100 which is a great amount for a fast food place.

The fries were cold and overcooked. The Jalapeño Cheddar Bites were disappointing as well—their temperature was off, and they were also cold. The lady at the window was very kind, but she was a bit too casual. I was right next to the window and while I tried to transfer the food safely, she kept telling me to fix myself and come back closer. It was confusing and a bit frustrating.

Has no respect for customers, will argue and disrespect them. The small cashier girl is nice but the managers are terrible. No respect, terrible attitude, and they have mice in their store. This place needs to be shut down. How are they still open with mice running around? Would give 0 stars if it were possible. Réservez une table maintenant
