This Burger King is quite disappointing. Although some of the staff are friendly, others seem uninterested. The food looks appealing at first, but upon closer inspection, there are problems. For example, my chicken sandwich had two rotten tomatoes. They must have seen the large black spot in the middle of one of the tomatoes, yet they still decided to include it on my sandwich.
I always have to double-check my order at the window to ensure everything is correct and complete. The frappes are poorly made, lacking whipped cream and drizzle on top – they really need better training. They never include croutons with the salad, and you're lucky if you even get a fork and some dressing. Also, the drive-thru service is quite slow.
The manager at this restaurant often scrutinizes every employee's work. If you're not one of her friends, you might find yourself ignored and left waiting for over 20 minutes. This behavior is quite rude, and even though there have been complaints, the corporate office seems unbothered and treats the situation as a joke.
I placed an order and went to pick it up, but when I arrived, I was told it wasn't in their system. I returned to show them that my order was confirmed by their Burger King and already paid for, but the woman didn't even bother to open the window or speak through the microphone to listen to us. I frequently have breakfast at this restaurant, and I’ve always found the service to be prompt and welcoming. On my most recent visit, I was accidentally served the wrong dish, but they promptly addressed the mistake without any hassle.
The experience I’ve come to expect. I ordered my meal without lettuce or onions and asked for extra ketchup. When I got home, I found half an onion, a heap of lettuce, and just a few ketchup packets thrown in for me to add myself.
I would really appreciate it if they offered vegan cheese and mayonnaise, as well as a gluten-free bun; that would make it perfect. The restaurant is immaculate, and the staff is highly professional and friendly.
The food was fresh and served hot. The lobby was accessible, allowing me to go inside and use the restroom. The staff was very polite. Réservez une table maintenant
