I've been to Burger King twice and spent a total of two hours waiting without getting my food because their service is incredibly slow. On my first visit, I waited 40 minutes in the drive-thru, and during my most recent visit, I waited 20 minutes. I won’t be coming back. I recommend learning from Chick-fil-A—they manage both their own line and others efficiently and much faster. Please work on improving your staff training.
I just went to this location for my lunch break and was told my coupon was a picture and she had to ask of it was allowed. I'm allowed a 30 min lunch break, so I don't have time to sit around while someone who doesn't know the rules of their job, learns. I was a customer of this location for a long time, but I'll never be back. I mean what's the difference if I have a physical coupons, a coupon on my phone (picture)???
If it were possible to give zero stars, I definitely would. I went today expecting the new plant-based burger but was served a regular one instead. I was excited to try their plant-based option, but now I have no intention of coming back and will be sure to warn others to stay away. On top of that, the drive-thru took nearly 30 minutes!
The food was good, but I don't appreciate getting ripped off. Ordered, and paid for, a double Whopper, and when I got home, it was just a regular 1-pattie burger. It just seems like it shouldn't be that difficult to get it right. This was not a complexorder. 1 hamburger, 1 order of fries. That's it. Not even a drink. Réservez une table maintenant
I visited Burger King for breakfast and found only two staff members on duty. I'm giving them high praise for their incredible service, as they managed the busy environment exceptionally well!
Horrible, the cashier had a bad attitude and was impatient. That would been forgiven but my burger was very cold and looked like they didn?t even warm it up at all. Horrible customer service
Absolutely the slowest place I?ve ever been to. I have tried this convent location off Rt3 a handful of times and never been faster than 10 minutes to make it through the drive through
Usually visit burger at different location and cities, but this is one of those bad stores on the all nation, food was cold, fries barely got some in my order. Not recommended Réservez une table maintenant
You were quick and friendly made my sandwich wrong I guess it wasn't mine, but my sandwich was still good you need to melt the new burger there well try
