I give you 3 stars because the comment is directed mainly to the bosses and/or entrepreneurs in general. We usually usually ask from time to time here at home and the truth that the deliveries are usually quick and the treatment of the right employees, but we are already going through three times that we have asked and it has taken us to get the order an hour or more, it seems regrettable that they have so few deliverers for so many orders, it is more if they do not give abasto that they block the application to do no more orders until the landscape is managed. So please I hope these issues are resolved by hiring more people or not by covering so many orders.
Opening hours are not respected at all. Today is the 4th of November, at 12:25, we arrived and at 12:45, it's still not open! There were 2 people inside and nobody even acknowledged us! There's now a queue... Finally someone came to open, no apologies, not even a hello... Terrible service. This should be audited by the chain before customers are crossing to go to McDonald's instead!
They had the crushed ice cream machine and the menus they included don't give it to you and point it out, without giving anything to replace it, very bad.
like almost all fast food sites, they're expensive for what they eat. I cannot deny that it is rich but two medium menus and three add-ons almost €30.

my experiecia was good the last time I was the burger was good and fast at best the price if it is expensive. at the moment my score 5/5.
Dirty place, and wilted salad. I asked to get a new one and they added a few fresh leaves on top to hide the wilted ones
The only one but, you have the fucking speaker and you don't understand what they tell you when you order the caravan.
the food as I expected, if you go with children is a fantastic option
