I'm from Norway and I came to Flensburg yesterday to visit places and I stopped at Burger King I didn't expect anyone to speak English so well Robert was at the cash register and helped me and took my order and told me to take a seat at a table and the order would be brought to me very nice because before the employees didn't do that when you ordered bravo Burger King for the cleanliness for the good food and for Robert who was very kind and nice and with all the customers and his colleagues I will definitely go to Burger King again
We went through the drive-thru. From ordering to delivery, it was very quick. Unfortunately, we got the wrong food. We went back to the drive-thru and got our actual order very quickly. The response was excellent, and we were served very kindly and with a sense of humor. Keep it up! The fries weren't the freshest, unfortunately, but they were still perfectly fine and tasted good. The rest of the food was also delicious.
Am2.2.2025 da gewesen, das war die reinste Katastrophe übel ne halbe Stunde auf das Essen gewartet zum weiteren die Bestellung wurde nicht korrekt ausgeführt zum weiteren alle anderen Gäste. Was ich so mitbekommen habe, mussten ihre Bestellung auch kontrollieren. Es lief alles verkehrt, wenn das noch nicht alles war die Burger waren sehr trocken und kalt Hinsetzen 6
The staff were incredibly lovely and the service was very friendly. They did a fantastic job and were quick. I'd definitely go back. I think the ladies' names were Stella and Elli.

Fantastic accessible toilet/changing room. It's great that they even offer diapers. A heat lamp and step stool are available so even little ones can wash their hands independently.
The food was ready quickly, and the service was friendly and patient. Bonus: I don't think I've ever seen such clean restrooms in a fast food restaurant.
Man bekommt sein Essen schnell , es ist warm und das Personal ist super nett. Vorallem Frau Petersen. Werde das Lokal definitiv wieder besuchen.
Best Burger King in the north. Friendly and cheerful staff. Always happy to come back.
