Burger King Forum Montijo

Ordered my food on the machine. Then Beatriz waits on a woman at the counter register. My child’s nuggets come out and Beatriz gives my child’s nuggets to the woman after me. My child’s had to wait. Beatriz should get schooling on customer service!! Will not come back to this burger king!

No horário que fui havia apenas 3 pessoas para fazer o atendimento, preparar os hambúrgueres e fazer a entrega, no entanto não havia muitas pessoas a ser atendidas e ainda assim não foi dos atendimentos mais rápido. Estavam todos numa paz suprema. O menu estava dentro do padrão BK.

The burger was cold, the attendance was nothing gentle and I see one other staff burnt with the oil and give one advise for putting in the cold water for recovery faster the bur , but the manager was rude saying isn't necessary anything because have burnt gel.

Super slow! Dinner time (between 8pm and 9pm), only 2-3 people inside, two in the kitchen and one taking orders and serving The burger was not even that good. The only reason this is a 3 is because the fries and the drink were decent.

Same burger king as always, but service here is awful. The waiting time is ridiculous and the staff is rude. Expect a line and a long waiting time. Should be called slow food.
