Hello Mr. Mansour, it's outrageous that your employees have to chase customers with well-behaved dogs out of the empty restaurant and into the cold. I would have only given one star if the very friendly lady at the drive-thru hadn't shown genuine apology. We went to the McDonald's next door, where dogs are welcome...
Something's often missing. Tonight I ordered two meals and specifically asked where the second drink was, but they said there wasn't one. Unfortunately, it happens quite often that something is forgotten or the wrong thing is served.
What wonderful and attentive staff! I was there today with a friend, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The service was better than in many other restaurants that aren't fast-food chains. Thank you :

You have to wait a very long time for your food, but when it finally arrives, it tastes like you'd expect from Burger King.
I ordered chili cheese nuggets and they arrived as plant base nuggets. I had to wait 20 minutes for my new ones.
