I'm really sorry but I won't be entering this Burger King again anytime soon. Despite the doors being open, the entire building was completely burned and smelled unpleasant. The only good thing about the meal was the fries which were really fresh, the nuggets were terrible, the cheesepockets tasted old and were hard. Unfortunately, since there were only two women present who were of course busy with the food, not a single table was wiped down, everything was sticky and every single table was full of leftover food. The floor was dirty and there were dead insects in every corner. Unfortunately I was very disappointed.
I ordered an isy cheesy because I love cheddar cheese! Now the burger costs 9.70 anyway but it was awesome I didn't have a baked cheddar patty inside but halloumi cheese inside! Then the branch manager came. She explained in broken German, it's only like that today and I don't need to get upset, it's the same thing anyway! What qualifications does the lady have? Deputy when you explain to a customer cheddar and halloumi are the same! Sorry guys, but unfortunately there is always something in this branch that doesn't fit! In addition, the fat is much too hot the whole place smells of burnt and too hot fat!
Not a permanent guest of the fast food chains, but at the Kapfenberg location you can. learn a lot from other locations. Things have never improved since this branch opened ; You'll probably never be able to burn the food either. Even if you announce that you would like to wait longer for a warm meal, it will be served cold/lukewarm. Potential for improvement. A sentence that will always remain in my memory: “We have two chefs and they prepare everything fresh”. Chefs xD I doubt that BurgerKing employs a trained chef in a single branch. For what too?
Not the best BK ever but it was solid. Food was only warm and something was missing in my burger. But it happens. Outside is playground for kids. There is also enough parking spaces. Staff was nice Best regards. Kid-friendliness: Playground. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
