Newly renovated, Burger Republic has a fresh feel but has kept its cool casual dining vibe with its industrial decor. I was instantly drawn to the seating against the wall which had neat collection of sauces lined up on the bench and an eclectic mix of framed mug shots and famous American faces hanging on the wall. This led to a fun game trying to name the faces while waiting for our burgers– definitely need an answer sheet though. In my quest to find the best burgers in Adelaide, I always order a regular beef burger (beef, lettuce tomato, cheese and sauce) so as the standard comparison between each place. Can't see why this place gets such a high rating. All our fries were overcooked and overly salty. I asked for the egg runny in the middle but it was dry and hard and the rest of my burger was just plain average, like something from a shopping centre food court. The rest of the family was similarly underwhelmed. It did not reflect the price or the location. Get some burgers and fries from HJs and then, if you feel the need to sit on KIng William Rd, have gelato at Cibo. Your wallet won't feel so violated and you won't be drinking water all night to dilute the salt.

One of the best burger places around :) Juicy patty, soft brioche bun, fresh condiments and tasty sauces with a variety of other sauces to add at the table also on offer, including some pretty cool chilli sauces if you dare..served with crunchy flavoursome chips. Burgers came out fast which was perfect for a quick work lunch. Réservez une table maintenant

The service was friendly and prompt, even the only cashier who was busy and said she was the only one on deck.The burger was juicy and fresh. Nice fries. It's probably the best burger I've had in Adelaide.A nice selection of international beers.I will return!

Quite expensive for what you get. Burgers were good but nothing exceptional. A good range of craft beers and wines and a menu with a great selection to choose from. Cool atmosphere.

Gorgeous clean food. If ur not allowed to eat bread but are going here. The Mexican salad bowl ROCKS! I would actually return to this part of the city to have it again.

Had the Farmyard - Beef, cheese, smoked bacon, egg, hash brown, ketchup. And the Angry Chookman - house sauce, lettuce, onion, buttermilk fried chicken, Réservez une table maintenant

I'm writing this review- not from the standpoint of being to this joint once, but multiple times. All but one of my visits I have received impeccable

This was average With so many burger places around I just really wasn't that impressed with the size, bun, flavours or sauce.
