We had heard wonderful things about The Burger Shack for a while, so our expectations were high. We visited for dinner on a Wednesday night and were not disappointed! These were, without a doubt, the best burgers we've ever had! I tried the Brisket Heaven burger, while my partner opted for three sliders, which was the perfect way to taste their variety. We also shared a serving of Jalapeño Poppers and chips, both of which were crispy, fresh, and packed with flavor. The selection of beer and wine was excellent as well. Burgers are a solid 9/10. Fantastic flavour and freshness of ingredients; especially the buns! Jemma provided incredible customer service and has such immense pride in her role... it's really inspiring! She was also very attentive of dietary requirements and it was clear burger shack take their COVID-19 protocols very seriously, which is reassuring. Looking forward to sitting inside and having meal at the shack when lockdown ends!
Great location with a very friendly staff. The food came out quickly, and you can definitely tell that everything is homemade. The portions are generous, especially the fries, which are delightfully crispy. Prices are reasonable for the area, although the Sliders could be a bit cheaper by $1-2. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone!
I mean just look at this burger, it's something : You can't call yourselves a burger shack and sling a mediocre burger. Burger shack is certainly far from that, it brings the goods. Great spot to eat as well, nice and open and prices are decent.

Easily the Best Burgers in Gold Coast! Enjoyed 2 cracking burgs, hot wings and some beers. The Donut Burger with the mix of sweet and savoury was absolutely delicious I will definitely be back!

I had the Plain Jane burger which was anything but plain. It was delicious and the fries were hot, plentiful, freshly cooked and scrumptious. I'll be back.
Wonderful tasting burgers. The ordering can be a bit tricky with the web app, but you can't fault the quality of the food!
